What payment methods do you have?
- Payment for your order can be made with Visa, Visa Electron and PayPal. If you select card payment, you can enter all your card details in the secure payment section. Can you pay cash on delivery or by transfer?
- At the moment we do not offer these types of payment methods.
What is MM AA and CVC?
- The abbreviation MM/YY corresponds to the expiration date of the credit or debit card with which you are going to pay for your order; you will find it on the front of the card after the inscription "Valid until". The term "MM" means the two-digit representation of the month. Similarly, the element "AA" means the two digits of the year

- If after using your gift card, you still have an available balance, it will remain on your card until 9 months have elapsed from the date of purchase of the gift card. On the contrary, if you have chosen services for an amount greater than the available balance, you will have to pay the difference, we will be able to contact you to tell you how to do it.
How do I know how much money my gift card has?
You can check the balance of your gift card by accessing the purchase of any of our services. At the bottom of the screen you will see a link that says: “Check the balance of a gift card”. Entering the code of your gift card will inform you of the available balance.
