Before starting the first session and to be sure that you can be part of the group, we will ask you some preliminary questions to find out your status.

Mommy and Baby Yoga is a loving and fun way to recover your body after giving birth. The classes are a moment of intimacy and complicity between mother and baby: their objective is to recover the pelvic floor, your energy and a correct posture.
Postnatal Yoga is open to all moms and babies after quarantine (the first 40 days of maternity).
