This accompanied sleep plan is designed for babies from 9 months:
If you feel that the time has come to make a change at night and you don't know how to start or you don't feel safe to do it alone, I will be happy to accompany you, inform you and advise you.
During the sleep plan we will work on habits, sleep environment, rituals, routines, stimuli, relationship, breastfeeding, eating, etc. to achieve those changes and objectives that you need to begin to rest better, always from a respectful perspective towards the needs of the baby and family.
INCLUDES:
- Registration and questionnaire of your day and night activity
- initial evaluation
- Weaning course (general or night) in case you want to wean as well.
- Initial visit 60-90 min
- Planning
- sleep diary
- Three weeks of monitoring and daily contact via chat from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Follow-up weekly videoconferences
- Visit 30 min closing
