A Baby Sport session.
Baby Sport is the baby's first exercise and enhances their motor skills, strengthens their muscles and, at the same time, prepares them for greater motor achievements. They are 45-minute sessions and depending on the child's motor stage there are different levels.
Monday at 5:45 p.m. is for children who are already walking/running and want to gain stability and agility or Monday at 6:30 p.m. for little ones who are starting to crawl or are already crawling.
