MAMIfit® Spain's team of physiotherapists, applying their clinical experience and training, have prepared a 16-week program for reprogramming abdominal diastasis.
These exercises must be repeated a minimum of 2 times a week and up to 4 times, since the important thing is that the stimuli that we give to our abdomen and pelvic floor to recreate tension in the linea alba are adequate.
Every week the intensity and complexity of the exercises is increased until a fully functional abdominal girdle can be achieved in 16 weeks.
