For those mothers or future mothers who seek to develop and maintain a good level of physical fitness at all stages of their lives and also want to share it with women in the same situation.
We offer one month of face-to-face training two days a week in one of our collaborating centers in Madrid or central Barcelona. The mother or future mother will be able to choose the hours, locations and classes that best suit her. We will share the monthly agenda so that you always have updated information.
The classes are based on the MAMIfit® method for each stage of a woman's life:
MAMIfit® Pregnant is the ideal method that will allow you to stay in shape during pregnancy. You can come from the first day you know you are pregnant, until the day before giving birth, as long as there is medical consent.
MAMIfit® Postpartum are physical activity classes specialized in the recovery of the woman's body after childbirth. They last one hour in which the abdominal area is worked on using the MAMIfit® hypopressive technique, together with muscle toning and cardiopulmonary resistance.
The MAMIfit® hypopressive technique or hypopressive class consists of a training that combines a series of body postures with determined breathing, thus working the body globally.
WOMAN TRAINING is a variable intensity training program that combines exercises to improve cardiovascular resistance, functional strength and core stability, always taking pelvic floor health as a priority.
